By accessing our website and utilizing the Synaty Marketing client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Synaty Marketing provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, Ad Management, and Website Development. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual client agreements.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and access tokens used to access the portal. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.
Clients agree to pay all charges associated with their account in accordance with their agreed-upon billing cycle. Invoices and e-receipts will be generated and available within the client portal.
Unless otherwise stated, Synaty Marketing owns the intellectual property rights for all materials on the website and client portal structure. Completed website builds and marketing assets transfer to the client upon full payment.
